Ngoc Han Hotel By the Moment offers elegant accommodation with free WiFi access, ensuring a comfortable stay. the air-conditioned rooms feature modern amenities, although the facility is a bit outdated. the location is convenient, a short walk to the beach, but the price seems a bit steep post-Tet festival. the included breakfast was underwhelming, resembling a joke.
